Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from the contractual relationship between the Company and the Customer shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Cyprus. For the out-of-court resolution of disputes, the Customer may refer the matter to competent bodies for the settlement of consumer disputes, such as the Cyprus Consumers Association (8 Acropolis Avenue, Office 302, 2006 Strovolos, P.O. For Customers residing in other EU Member States, disputes may also be submitted through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The protections granted by Cyprus law on distance contracts, as well as by these Terms and Conditions, apply exclusively to transactions with natural persons (consumers) acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
